How quickly do I get access to the social community?
Typically we ask for 24-48 hours to process the high volume requests for joining. It can be as quick as 5 minutes depending on the amount of requests at the time of your submission.
Are there only health care professionals in the groups?
Yes, we vet each applicant to ensure that they are a healthcare professional. Most users were referred by their management team! Ask a team member for special rates for the entire staff!
Is there a cancellation policy?
Our policy is that you can cancel at any time. We understand that sometimes things just happen! The best part is that you can always pay individually for classes and you will always have the basic membership for free!
What types of training other than CPR, First Aid and Safety are there?
Each month we partner with a professional to bring you cutting-edge information regarding mental health, resiliency, communication skills, conflict resolution, and team-building exercises. Have your whole team join or send one person and re-teach the lessons within your own scheduling ability.
Privacy and Confidentiality?
While we do not directly report or keep any conversations on the log in our chat rooms or live streams, we are bound by the same duty to report as many agencies are. We are here to support you and provide resources and training. If information regarding the harm of self or others is present, proper authorities will be notified.
