How Was Hospatality Started?

Our story begins in 1964. In this year RB Rutledge was born in Dayton Ohio, after moving to Phoenix Arizona in 1980, he met the woman who would soon be his wife.  in 1988 he married his wife of 35 years, and they have two children, and two grandchildren.

In August 2007 RB graduated from the Williams Clemons Davis Theological Bible College with a Degree in Ministerial Counseling. While an active member in the Church and Community, RB has been working in the Healthcare industry for the past 20 years. With a growing need for action, RB launched Hospatality Network on October 16th, 2012.

The decision to use an a in the spelling of the forming of our name was rooted in the fact that there is no I in team, and the A symbolizes the concept of all-inclusiveness, for we welcome healthcare workers from all walks of life. Which solidifies our core belief, that in our industry we are all Neighbors Under One Roof.

Hospatality is a social media company for hospitals and their employees to provide an environment for Ideas, goods and services. Our primary objective is to formulate a unique platform for hospital employees worldwide.

As the founder, RB is paving the pathways for hospitals, and clinics worldwide to adapt in an ever-changing environment. With the health care workforce dwindling due to burn out, stress and a variety of mandates, RB has developed a private community experience in which health care providers and essential workers can connect without facing repercussions that are seen through other social platforms.

With continual training, and programs designed to increase efficiencies within the health care industry, RB welcomes each one of you to enjoy a free membership that includes access to our exclusive community.

“When we come together and unite under common principals and moralities, the system becomes better because we become better.”
